Returns Policy

If a product is faulty it will need to be returned to us for testing and if it is a genuine fault, it will be replaced.

The downlights, track lights, exterior lights, wall lights and strip lights in our LiteShop have a 5 year warranty and our drivers have a 2 year warranty.

The LEDs in our illuminated splashbacks have a warranty of 3 years and the controllers and power supply units have a warranty of 2 years.  Due to the nature of the other components (e.g. glass) these can not be guaranteed.
